Understanding RTI
RTI is legislation which was launched in 2013 by HM Revenue & Customs. It aims to improve reporting and means that many employers will need to submit PAYE every time an employee is paid.

When you use Instant Payroll Exchange, paying your employees is simple. You can pay them via cash, cheque, BACS or e-Banking, and you'll be able to keep up to date with tax as you'll receive electronic updates of employees' tax codes from HMRC.
You will be able to record all of your employee information in one place, letting you access it quickly and easily. You can use the diary to record holidays and sickness.
This software even has starters and leavers covered. You can manage up to ten starters and ten leavers in a financial year, and it can automatically produce paperwork for leavers.
